The car shown in the video uses only vertex coloring, while the other images showcase a version with fully textured materials. I wanted to explore how it would look with traditional textures, so I used Color IDs to separate the different material types, including emissive lights, rusty chrome, weathered car paint, weapon metal, and other surface materials.
This video was created without any textures. The entire game uses only vertex colors, giving it a stylized look while keeping the visuals low fidelity. This approach also delivers excellent performance without sacrificing personality.
